The Bilingual Lantern was born from a simple observation: building a business is one thing. Making it run without it depending entirely on you is another.

Born British, living in France for over 25 years, I work naturally between English and French, with a genuine understanding of the professional, administrative and operational realities of both countries.

I launched my VA business in 2016 under the name My Bilingual VA, after 15 years of experience in executive assistance and operational support in a variety of businesses, primarily in Paris. In 2025, the business became The Bilingual Lantern to better reflect the evolution of our work: more strategic, more structured support.

Since 2016, my team and I have supported over 200 clients across five continents. Today, our work goes well beyond traditional assistance: we help multilingual entrepreneurs and international teams to simplify, structure and delegate their operations so they can regain clarity, time and focus on what's essential for them.

Our approach always follows the same logic: simplify what has become too complicated, systematise what needs to run without you, then grow what deserves it. In that order.

The Bilingual Lantern draws on a trusted multilingual team, able to work in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
